Yes. Every supplement recommendation is cross-checked against the patient's current medications entered at intake. For example, high-dose Omega-3 with a medication like Klonopin is flagged for bleeding-risk review before it appears in the handout. Practitioners review and approve all protocol items before sharing with the patient.

Does aiVitaPlan store patient names or PHI?

No patient names are stored. The intake workflow accepts clinical data — demographics, lab values, medications, allergies — but the system does not persist identifying PHI. Practitioners retain full control of what they enter and export.

Does aiVitaPlan replace practitioner review?

No. aiVitaPlan generates a draft clinical protocol to support the practitioner's workflow. Every recommendation requires practitioner review before it is shared with a patient. The tool does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional clinical judgment.
