aiVitaPlan Clinical ("aiVitaPlan", "we", "us") provides AI documentation and nutrition-protocol tools for health practitioners. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can access or delete your information. aiVitaPlan Clinical is operated by AI Scan Solutions.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your aiVitaPlan account and the personal data associated with it at any time:

In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This removes your account and associated data.
By email: send a deletion request to info@aiscansolutions.com from the email on your account. We verify ownership and process the request.

What is deleted: your account profile, login credentials, saved preferences, and any content you created in the app (notes, generated protocols, uploaded files). Timeline: deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. What may be retained: records we are legally required to keep (e.g., billing/tax records) and de-identified, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you. Backups are purged on our normal rotation cycle.

Information We Collect

Account information — name, email, and credentials you provide when you create an account.
Content you provide — notes, protocols, and files you create or upload while using the service.
Usage and device data — app interactions, device type, and diagnostic logs used to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the aiVitaPlan service.
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To respond to support and account requests.
To meet legal and security obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app (e.g., hosting and infrastructure) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. We retain personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, after which it is deleted or de-identified as described above.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@aiscansolutions.com. You may also delete your account directly in the app as described in Account & Data Deletion.

Children's Privacy

aiVitaPlan Clinical is intended for use by health practitioners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
